This was a hit for the whole family. It's not fast food, it's fast fresh. The food explodes in your mouth with the perfect combination of textures and flavor. I ordered the beef shawarma bowl straight from the menu and had them put the spicy ( heat with flavor)on the side. We added a side of fresh hummus and warm pita bread and rounded the meal with their cinnamon pita delight. You won't leave hungry that's for sure and I look forward to a return visit really soon.

I love Hummus bay!!! The flavors are amazing! It always tastes so fresh. It is definitely in my top 5 favorite places to eat in the Bradenton area!

The food here is amazing, we loved everything. The food tasted like we ate in authentic Arabic Place. You really feel the quality and taste of everything I ordered the hummus with lamb, taboleh, shawerma, and a mix of everything. The staff here are really nice. The food came in less than 10 mins.

I was doing some shopping in the plaza, and I saw the signs for this new business. I was hungry, so I decided why not check it out. I had the chicken kabob bowl, and it was so tasty. The ingredients were really fresh and so colorful. The flavors were so good! I received a lot of food and didn't think I would finish it, but I had no leftovers. The staff were friendly and the food was a nice change for me. Prices were reasonable. Tons of indoor seating. Very kept up and clean.

We absolutely enjoyed our meal here the first time we tried Hummus Bay so we are back again in one week’s time. The food is fresh, the flavors authentic and a good price for something healthy and generous portions. We had the chicken shawarma bowl with yellow basmati rice. This came with four sides and each one was good: tabouleh, babaganoush, hummus , pickled cabbage, pickled turnips, onion. The sauces are also amazing specially the garlic sauce which is new to me. The falafels are fresh and very flavorful just by themselves. The place is very spacious and clean. So glad this is close to us because I could eat here everyday

This is our new go to restaurant whenever we need a delicious dinner! Everything we've had here is amazing - the build your own bowl with chicken shawarma and their homemade garlic sauce I could eat every day. The employees here is also wonderful - always so friendly and personable. Sam was genuinely kind and funny while also being so quick to help with anything we needed for our food. We love supporting this local business with its awesome food

After moving to the area from the northeast, we were looking for flavors similar to the halal carts in NY. This is very close and also offers way more options for building bowls. Everything we have tried so far has been delicious, fresh tasting and a great value. Their to go packaging is good. They also are on the Too Good to Go app which cuts down on food waste and allows people to eat in a budget. The owners are from the area and clearly care about being part of the community.

This was the most amazing authentic Mediterranean food I’ve had...Having traveled the Mediterranean extensively, this is hands-down just like being there! Our girls’ Birthday Club stopped here for lunch! It was so good, I forgot to take a pic of my Chicken Shawarma before I devoured it! (Had to borrow a pic from another person’s order.) Owned and operated by 2 brothers, Yousef and Samuel and their staff make all of the food fresh daily. Created just today, we got to taste test the new lemon -mint slushy! After sampling, my whole table ordered one to-go. The seasoned pita chips were served hot as a side for bowls or with hummus. Portions are very generous and the owners gave personal attention to make sure we had all of our side sauces. If you need amazing food for an event, or just lunch, this is the place!!!
